1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Legacy Fund, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Fund Overview
Legacy Fund is a global initiative providing access to investment plans denominated in fiat currency or Bitcoin.
3. Eligibility
Investors must be at least 18 years old, hold valid government-issued identification, and complete our KYC process.
4. Investment Plans
Plans range from Starter to Sovereign. Returns are targets based on historical performance and are not guaranteed.
5. Payment Methods
All deposits are made via Bitcoin to a unique wallet address or via bank transfer to country-specific Legacy Fund accounts. No other payment methods are accepted.
6. Lock-in & Withdrawals
Each plan has a lock-in period (30–90 days). Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours (fiat) or 2–6 hours (BTC) after the lock-in expires.
7. Referral Program
Investors may earn referral commissions on qualifying deposits made by referred users. Terms apply.
8. KYC / AML
We comply with global KYC/AML standards. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension and reporting to authorities.
9. Risk Acknowledgement
Investments carry risk including possible loss of principal. Cryptocurrency investments are subject to volatility.
10. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell user data.
11. Amendments
These terms may be updated. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless local regulation requires otherwise.
